In three sentences:
1. This app requires no account. We collect no name, phone number, or email; there is no social feed, and none of your photos are ever made public.
2. A photo you select is used only for the single generation you explicitly trigger; no copy is retained after processing completes.
3. Photos are processed on regional cloud infrastructure (RunningHub): users in mainland China are served by in-country nodes (data stays in China); users elsewhere are served by nodes located in the United States (Silicon Valley). Because photos may contain faces, we ask for your explicit separate consent before the first use.
When you use features such as “Anime Transform”, “Time Camera”, “Memes” or “Stickers”, you may pick a photo from your library or take one with the camera. A photo is uploaded only after you tap the generate button, solely to produce the result you requested.
AI-generated images are downloaded to your device's app sandbox. You may save them to your photo library or share them. We never upload results to any server for long-term storage.
The record of transformation credits purchased via in-app purchase is stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the app erases it; consumed purchases cannot be restored by reinstalling.
You tap generate → the photo is uploaded over encrypted HTTPS to a third-party AI service → the model performs the style transformation → the result is downloaded back to your device → processing ends.
The photo is used exclusively to complete the single transformation you initiated. We do not use your photos to train models, and we do not use them for face recognition, identity verification, advertising, or any other purpose.
We retain no photos or generated results on servers of our own. Temporary files created during processing are retained by the processor only as needed to complete the task and are deleted promptly thereafter (per the processor's published practice, immediately after generation completes).
You can delete generation history inside the app, or uninstall the app to remove all local caches and results. To request confirmation of deletion, contact us as described in Section 9.
Photos you upload may contain facial images. Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), a photo of an identifiable person is personal data, and it may reveal physical characteristics or other special categories of information.
Our legal basis for processing is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given explicitly and separately for the processing of facial data (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR). Before the first use of any photo-processing feature, the app presents a standalone notice describing: the scope of facial data, the purpose, the method, the recipients, and where processing takes place — and requires a dedicated opt-in.
You may refuse. If you refuse, AI photo features are unavailable, but features that do not involve photo processing (such as local filters) continue to work. You may withdraw consent at any time via the consent screen or by revoking photo-library/camera permission in system settings.
This app uses a regional processing architecture so that your photo is, wherever possible, processed within your own jurisdiction:
www.runninghub.ai), whose processing nodes are currently located in the United States (Silicon Valley). For EEA/UK residents: choosing to use the AI features means your selected photo is transferred to, and processed in, the United States. This constitutes an international transfer under Chapter V of the GDPR. Such transfers are made under appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission (Decision 2021/914) with the processor, together with data-minimisation measures (photos are downscaled before upload; nothing is retained after generation). Because our architecture keeps no long-term copy of your photo on any server, the transfer exposure is limited to the short processing window.
The processor's relevant commitments (temporary encrypted storage, immediate deletion after generation, no sharing of facial data with third parties) are published in the RunningHub privacy policy (see Section 5).

Apart from the providers above, and where required by law, we do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with anyone.
Please note that no technical measure can guarantee absolute security. In the event of a personal-data breach affecting you, we will notify you and the competent supervisory authority as required by law.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the following rights over your personal information:
We respond to verified requests within one month (extendable by two further months for complex requests, as permitted by Art. 12(3) GDPR).
This app is not directed at children under 13 (or the higher age applicable in your jurisdiction, e.g. 14–16 in EEA member states). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has used this app and uploaded photos without appropriate consent, contact us and we will delete the relevant data promptly upon verification.
For any question, concern, or complaint about this policy, or to exercise any right listed in Section 7:
We reply within 7 business days after receiving and verifying your request.
This app generates images with AI. To keep the environment safe, we maintain the following content safety mechanisms, described here along with the rights you can exercise.
Photos you upload and AI-generated results pass through automated content detection. Detection runs locally or server-side, and produces one of three outcomes:
If your uploaded photo is blocked, no credits are consumed.
Every AI-generated result carries a “…” report button (each photo in a photo-set carries its own). You can report any single result. Reports are anonymous, and we do not notify the reported person.
The report categories are identical to those in the app, five in total:
When you submit a report, the app first stores the complete report on your device (including content fingerprint, timestamp, category, app version, and a device hash) and then delivers it to our moderation mailbox. Even if your device cannot open a mail client at that moment, the record is already saved locally and you can follow up by emailing us at the address in Section 9.
Our handling process:
Under My → Content & Privacy → My Reports you can review every report you have submitted and its current status.
So a moderator can identify the exact result, a report includes that result’s content fingerprint (a hash of the image content, from which the image itself cannot be reconstructed), the generation time, the style used, the app version, and a hash derived from the device identifier (from which the original device identifier cannot be derived). We do not include your original file path or raw device identifier in a report.
When the purpose of processing, data types, or third-party services change materially, we will update this policy and notify you in the app. Where a change requires fresh consent (for example, adding a recipient or a processing location that causes a new international transfer), we will ask for your separate consent again.
This policy takes effect on October 23, 2026, replacing all earlier versions.
