In three sentences:
1. This app requires no account. We collect no name, phone number, or email; there is no social feed, and none of your photos are ever made public.
2. A photo you select is used only for the single generation you explicitly trigger; no copy is retained on our servers after processing completes.
3. Virtual credits and membership are purchased through Apple In-App Purchase (IAP) only — never through third-party payment such as WeChat Pay or Alipay. Credits are non-refundable once consumed.
This Terms of Service (the “Terms”) is the agreement between you and “Anime Avatar Maker” (the “App”) governing your use of the App's AI image processing, image editing and related services.
Before tapping “Agree”, please read these Terms and the Privacy Policy in full. Tapping “Agree” means you have read, understood and accepted all of them. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
The App is intended for a general audience. Users under 18 should use it with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.
The App provides the following services (feature names match the app UI):
Available features, credit counts and prices are as displayed in the app at the time of installation.
You can use every feature without registering an account, so the App has no account system; your purchase receipts and remaining-credit records are stored locally on your device.
You agree not to use the App in any of the following ways. We may suspend the service and pursue remedies if you do:
“10 Transforms” is a one-time consumable credit pack, and “1-Month VIP” / “1-Year VIP” are auto-renewable subscriptions. All purchases are made through Apple In-App Purchase; Apple handles the transaction and payment, and we never touch your card details.
Each tap on “Generate” consumes one credit. When the balance reaches zero you may buy a credit pack or upgrade to VIP.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period at the price shown at the time of purchase. You can cancel renewal at any time via Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device; cancelling keeps your current period active until it ends, after which no further charges are made.
Credits consumed and membership benefits already used are generally non-refundable. However, we will assist with a refund in any of the following cases:
Submit refund requests through the Support & Contact page. We respond within 7 business days of receiving and verifying your request; approved refunds are returned to your Apple account balance by the original route.
We may adjust credit quantities, membership benefits and prices for operational reasons, announced in the app beforehand. Credits you have already purchased remain valid for their stated period.
You retain all rights in the photos you upload and the images generated for you. You grant us a global, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use them only as necessary to provide the service, deliver technical support and improve model quality (this licence ends when you delete the content or uninstall the app).
Except as expressly stated here, we make no ownership or other warranty regarding generated images. AI output is probabilistic and may resemble others' work — please confirm relevant rights yourself before commercial use.
The App generates images with AI. To keep the environment safe we operate automated content detection, a per-item reporting channel and blocking of abusive accounts; the full flow is described in Section 10 of the Privacy Policy.
For content that is illegal, infringing, or violates privacy, reputation or other rights, we may take necessary measures including blocking, hiding the result, limiting usage, suspending or permanently banning the account, and we will explain the reason. A ban does not affect the lawful handling of credits you have paid for but not consumed.
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes we will show a prominent notice in the app and ask for your confirmation before your next use; continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute shall first be resolved through friendly consultation; if that fails, either party may bring proceedings before a People's Court with jurisdiction over our principal place of business.
